An open letter from the Trustees
When the use of the church facilities (i.e. fellowship hall, sanctuary, etc.) is requested for use other than a church function, a facilities use request/agreement form must be completed and the request must be approved and signed by a church trustee.
The form must be completed, approved and signed by the trustee before the event is place on the church calendar.
If the use is for a church function it is not necessary to complete a form, however, please contact the church office as soon as possible so that the event can be placed on the calendar.
The request/agreement form is available in the church office between teh hours of 9 a.m. and Noon, Monday - Friday, or one can be mailed to you through the church office.
In addition, the Trustees will no longer allow the borrowing or use of chairs, tables, kitchen appliances/utensils, or any other property belonging to Faith United Methodist Church for use outside of the church.
